ViewSonic has introduced the LDP Series, a line of 4K all-in-one Direct View LED displays available in 136-, 163- and 217-inch sizes. The new models use chip-on-board technology to deliver smaller pixel pitches for higher image clarity, as well as improved durability and energy efficiency.

The displays feature a 10,000:1 contrast ratio and wide viewing angles, along with enhanced energy efficiency using a common cathode design that the company says cuts power consumption by up to 33% over common anode systems. The LDP Series is IP54-rated for water and dust resistance and includes IK08-rated impact protection.

Built with a modular, preconfigured design, the displays offer all-in-one functionality with a detachable control box, allowing for front-service maintenance and simplified installation.

Targeted at professional settings — including boardrooms, training spaces, lobbies and command centers — the LDP Series supports picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture modes, multiple wireless casting tools including ViewShare and AirSync, and built-in 60-watt speakers for clear audio during collaborative sessions.
