tvONE announced the expansion of its North, Central and South America (NCSA) sales team with the appointment of two new regional sales managers.

Steve Payne has been named Midwest regional sales manager, while Mike Dailey joins as Northeast regional sales manager.

Based in Chicago, Payne brings 20 years of AV industry experience. His career includes sales roles with manufacturer Analog Way, as well as hands-on experience in live events, rental and staging as a video engineer, and integration work as both a field engineer and onsite collaboration engineer.

Dailey, based in northern New Jersey, offers more than three decades of AV sales experience across manufacturers, distribution and representative firms. Earlier in his career, he also worked for five years as a morning radio host in Las Vegas and Connecticut.

“Bringing Steve and Mike on board is a big win for tvONE,” said Jonathan Begleiter, director of sales, NCSA. “They both know the AV world inside and out, and they bring the kind of energy and experience that will make a real difference for our customers.”

Payne will cover IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, ND, NE, SD, WI, OH and KY, while Dailey will manage the Northeast territory, including CT, MA, NH, northern NJ, NY, ME, RI and VT.
