TCI reveals an out-of-box move to innovation and creativity
Founded in less than one year, as a new brand, Twinwill Communtech Inc. (TCI) aggressively seeks international expansion. For the first step, it strengthens integration and management of internal and external resources, while extending its business across industries through market developments and strategic marketing, and supports and incubates TCI brand to grow and flourish, progressively leaping to a well-known global brand.
TCI’s General Manager, Mr. David Liu claims that TCI particularly appreciates and respects teamwork integration. TCI provides a total solution combining Research and Development to better facilitate and support TCI’s production. Our product lines strategically alliance with both the upstream suppliers and end customers. Its operation and integrations stem from upstream IC design to downstream software. Adding the fact that the parent company, Twinwill Optronics Inc. (TOI) plays a key role in deepening partnerships, not only can TCI induce innovation but also generate synergy of brand development.
Mr. Liu also stresses, “To carve out a niche in the highly competitive industry, it is required to have a strong strategic marketing team that is forward looking for market trends and able to strategically act upon any market signals. This way, TCI can easily grasp any movements of the market in advance, understand consumer demand, and set the right product positioning for TCI. As the leader of the Twinwill Technology Group, I need the team not only to watch market trends carefully, but also develop creative thinking, as well as understand how vital it is for everyone to execute product and marketing plans wisely.”
With this vision and company core value, TCI urges innovation. Mr. Liu requires companies to launch at least one innovative product and the development of at least one international patent every year. Not only does TCI encourage “trial and error,” it also invites spirit of constantly learning through trying new things and correcting mistakes of previous experience as the driving force of innovation.
“We fully authorize, encourage experiment and trial, and tolerate mistakes, so that our employees with groundbreaking thinking can dream and act bravely. During this process, leaders play the role of supporting, listening, and coaching, to encourage colleagues to self-revise, and continue a lifetime learning for self-improvement. I think this is the best management approach, and also one of the most inspiring one intriguing novelty and change,” alleged Mr. Liu.
With the so-called “trial and error”, Twinwill Technology Group fully supports creativity and innovation of employees. Mr. Liu hopes this energy can lead to TCI brand development, with the ultimate goal of shifting to an international brand, and of evolving from traditional OEM and manufacturer to become the most trusted partner of customers to help them succeed, bearing their ultimate benefits in mind.
Based on the existing solid foundation, TCI’s current momentum of “Trial,” “Innovation,” “Revision,” and “Moving Forward” will finally bring a broader development of tomorrow.
