Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America has expanded its Advanced Color ePaper lineup with the launch of the EP-CA22, a 28.6-inch display designed for energy-efficient signage applications.

The EP-CA22 offers a 180-degree viewing angle and maintains visibility in bright conditions, making it suitable for environments such as education, healthcare, retail and restaurants. Sharp said the display consumes no power while showing a static image and requires minimal energy when updating content, reducing operating costs and supporting sustainability initiatives.

The model features vivid color reproduction, high contrast and fine resolution to deliver a paper-like appearance with no reflection or blue light, designed to provide viewing comfort. Sized to match A2 print posters, the display supports landscape, portrait, face-up and face-down orientations, with multiple mounting options for flexible installation.

Lightweight and easy to install, the EP-CA22 integrates a system-on-chip platform for future-ready operation. Connectivity includes USB-C, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, with compatibility for CMS partner solutions.
