Sennheiser Releases One-Channel Version of Profile Wireless Microphone
Sennheiser has introduced a one-channel version of its Profile Wireless 2.4 GHz microphone system. Designed for solo creators, the new model comes in a compact bag and includes a second USB charging cable, replacing the charging bar included with the previously released two-channel version.
The single-mic system includes the same two-channel receiver as the larger kit, allowing users to expand their setup later. It is compatible with cameras, smartphones and computers and does not require an app for setup. The microphone can be paired with a lavalier mic or used as a wireless boom.
The device supports up to seven hours of operating time and includes 16 GB of internal storage for up to 30 hours of recording. A new 32-bit float firmware update for all Profile Wireless systems is also available for download from the Sennheiser website.
