Samsung and SoundHound AI Highlight Voice-Enabled Drive-Thru Tech at 2025 NRA Show
Samsung Electronics America and SoundHound AI announced their participation in the 2025 National Restaurant Association Show, an event focused on integrated technologies for quick-service restaurants.
SoundHound provides an end-to-end voice AI platform that supports ordering and assistance across front-of-house, back-of-house and off-premise channels, including drive-thru, phone, kiosk, in-vehicle systems and other connected devices.
Samsung and SoundHound co-developed the Dynamic Drive-Thru solution, featuring a live demo from Burger King UK. The system combines Samsung’s 55-inch OH Series outdoor signage with SoundHound’s voice AI to create an interactive ordering experience.
Attendees can also explore how Galaxy Tab S10+ tablets support Smart Answering, an automated phone assistant that responds to inbound calls using business-specific data, and Employee Assist, an AI tool that provides quick answers to restaurant staff during service.
