Visionary has appointed Rebecca Hicks as technical support engineer. In this role, Hicks will provide technical assistance to customers and support the development of the company’s AV-over-IP solutions.

Hicks previously spent seven years at The Farm as an AV systems engineer, where she helped develop FarmAssist, a service offering that includes system design, engineering, programming, commissioning and post-installation support. She also has experience as a freelance live audio and studio recording engineer, with expertise in DSP programming, logic control, RF coordination and hardware testing.

“Rebecca’s experience and passion for creating innovative, customer-focused solutions align with our mission,” said Scott Freshman, chief operating officer at Visionary. “Her expertise will be critical in enhancing our technical support services and advancing product development initiatives.”
