In this Steph Takeover episode of Rants & rAVes, I interview Tammy Fuqua and Christina Cruzeiro about what it is to be a woman in our industry (news flash — it’s tough). During COVID-19, the percentage of women in the AV workforce actually declined! But the AVIXA Women’s Council does great work, and to continue that work it has added Christina Cruzeiro as its co-chair with Tammy. I’m so excited to see all they’ll accomplish.
