QuickLink Expands StudioEdge Line With New Single and Dual-Channel Models
QuickLink has introduced two new additions to its StudioEdge lineup: the StudioEdge‑1 and StudioEdge‑2, offering one‑ and two‑channel SDI I/O for audio and video from Zoom, Microsoft Teams and QuickLink StudioCall. These models provide a modern replacement for legacy Skype TX workflows while expanding platform compatibility.
The single- and dual-SDI models offer seamless integration for production teams that previously relied on Skype TX, while expanding platform compatibility and enhancing remote guest workflows. Both systems leverage QuickLink’s StudioCall technology and are optimized with AI to deliver high-quality video and audio for live interviews, panel discussions and real-time conversations with remote participants.
All StudioEdge devices, including the new models, can be remotely controlled via QuickLink’s cloud-based platform. They provide browser-based operation, direct communication and chat functionality, making them a fit for both broadcast and corporate productions.
The StudioEdge family now includes:
- StudioEdge-1 (1 channel SDI I/O)
- StudioEdge-2 (2 channels SDI I/O)
- StudioEdge-4 (4 channels SDI I/O)
- StudioEdge-2110 (4 channels ST2110 I/O)
The expanded lineup offers scalable options for studios and broadcasters looking to future-proof their remote workflows and maintain production continuity across a variety of conferencing platforms.
