ProjX360 Adds Invoice Features to Support Accrual-Based Accounting in AV

ProjX360 announced a new invoicing update designed to better support accrual-based accounting practices for AV integration firms. The upcoming release will introduce three invoice types — Request for Payment, Standard and Delivery — allowing integrators to bill by milestones, product delivery or completed work.
The new invoicing module aims to align accounting with operational workflows and gives firms added flexibility for managing complex billing needs. As part of the rollout, ProjX360 is also enhancing its QuickBooks integration to support seamless syncing of the new invoice types, minimizing manual data entry and increasing accuracy.
The update includes new billing and invoice reports that offer users a clearer view of financial performance, outstanding payments, and project-specific billing activity.
