Based out of New York City, Tani Klein joins the Planar team as the new Sales Manager for the Northeast Region, including the New York City metro area, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Tani previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Primeview, a video wall and commercial display manufacturer, where he achieved a 200 percent sales increase year over year. Tani has 10 years of experience in the ProAV industry, particularly with background in managing key accounts for major AV integrators and resellers, as well as overseeing technical support and product management for commercial displays in both the United States and abroad.
Planar is also pleased to announce the addition of Chad Heffernan as the new Sales Manager for the state of Florida. Based out of the Miami area, Chad brings over 20 years of sales experience to Planar Systems. Previously working for SMART Technologies, Chad lead large enterprise opportunities and was responsible for the discovery, development and fulfillment of global deployments of SMART’s touch screen displays and collaborative software to many Fortune 500 companies.
