Paragon 360 Completes Youth Space Renovations and Fellowship Hall Upgrades at Bellevue Baptist

Paragon 360 completed three new projects for longtime client Bellevue Baptist Church in Cordova, Tennessee, delivering updates to two youth worship venues and a major audio upgrade for the church’s Fellowship Hall. The work follows more than a decade of collaboration between the integrator and Bellevue, including a full sanctuary renovation in 2014 and a large-scale audio and acoustical upgrade in 2020.
In the middle school worship space, the objective was to expand the large group area by opening surrounding hallways and increasing the room’s capacity. Paragon 360 provided a full audio, video and lighting upgrade aligned with the capabilities of the adjacent high school worship space. The renovated venue seats 250 and supports a variety of student events. The project incorporated fixtures from PROLIGHTS, Chauvet and High-End Systems, with ETC power and data distribution and LED house lighting from Elation PENDANT units. A 14-by-8-foot ReveLux StoryGlass Wallpaper Series LED wall with NovaStar processing anchors the stage. Audio elements included Allen & Heath mixers, Martin Audio loudspeakers, Shure wireless systems and distributed audio throughout the space.
For the 4th and 5th grade worship environment, Paragon remodeled a hallway and combined three classrooms to create a large group venue that the church did not previously have. The new 150-seat space features simplified AVL systems to support multiple event types. The project includes stage lighting from ETC and Meteor, LED house lighting and dual 8-by-5-foot ReveLux CrystalFlex Series LED walls. Audio components included Allen & Heath equipment, QSC loudspeakers and Shure wireless microphone systems.
Paragon also upgraded the 2,000-seat Fellowship Hall, a venue larger than many sanctuaries. The firm had added DiGiCo consoles and custom control centers in 2021, but the latest phase introduced a new Martin Audio speaker system, Powersoft amplifiers and Shure wireless microphones. The updates improved coverage throughout the hall and included additional custom acoustical treatments.
The work continues a 15-year relationship between Paragon 360 and Bellevue Baptist Church, marked by multiple campus-wide upgrades and annual production support. “When you say Paragon 360 around Bellevue… that’s like an extension of our family, they are part of us,” said Mark Blair, minister of music at Bellevue Baptist Church. “We knew going in how this would turn out. There wasn’t a lot of skepticism, there was a lot of confidence. The end product is over the top.”
“As busy as this campus is, schedule means everything,” said Alex Ertz, technical director at Bellevue. “Paragon has always hit the mark on getting a project done on-time and on-budget.”
