Clear-Com announced the upcoming release of its four-channel HelixNet beltpack, a new addition to its digital partyline intercom family designed to give production and broadcast teams more communication flexibility. The model builds on the company’s long-running two-channel beltpack and adds expanded channel access for crews working across multiple teams and production zones.

The new beltpack allows users to communicate across four channels at once, supporting more complex workflows in environments such as live events, theater, broadcast studios and theme parks. According to Clear-Com, the device is fully compatible with the latest Arcadia Central Station updates while retaining two-channel functionality for users operating on legacy HMS systems or earlier Arcadia versions.

The HelixNet platform is built on Clear-Com’s I.V.Core technology, which manages audio mixing across up to 24 channels and provides networked partyline operation without crosstalk or interference. The broader system includes beltpacks, user stations, speaker stations, remote stations and central stations, offering a familiar workflow for users who have transitioned from analog partyline systems.

“Building on the legacy of the 2-channel HelixNet beltpack, this new 4-channel version empowers production teams with greater control, communication efficiency, and versatility,” said Frank Linton, product manager at Clear-Com. “It’s a sustaining project that not only improves our existing portfolio but also introduces a product that meets the real-world demands of our customers.”

Clear-Com expects the 4-channel HelixNet beltpack to be available in 2026. Customers can contact Clear-Com representatives or visit the company’s website for additional details.
