Optoma Adds UHZ55 4K, 3,000-Lumen Laser Light Source Projector for Work-From-Home
Optoma introduced the Optoma UHZ55, a 4K, 3,000 lumen, 2,500,000:1 contrast ratio laser light source projector aimed at home entertainment, gaming and work-from-home. The UHZ55 can handle a refresh rate of 240Hz at 1080p for PC gaming and it uses Texas Instruments DLP technology and Optoma’s DuraCore laser technology for up to “30,000 hours of maintenance-free use.”
The UHZ55 features HDR10 and HLG support along with DCI-P3 WCG, and PureMotion MEMC technology to eliminate motion blurring. And, its WiSA HT certified for a wireless audio excellence and works with other WiSA-certified products.
With the Creative Cast app, users can screen mirror content from a smartphone, tablet or laptop directly to the UHZ55.
