The National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) has announced the speaker lineup for its 2026 Business & Leadership Conference (BLC), scheduled for Feb. 24–26, 2026, at the Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. The annual event brings together leaders from commercial integration firms to explore strategies for growth, leadership and adaptability in a changing business environment.

BLC is regarded as the commercial integration industry’s premier event for executive education and peer networking, drawing hundreds of company owners, executives, project managers and business developers each year. Attendees share best practices and address critical business challenges facing integrators nationwide.

The 2026 conference will feature keynote sessions from several well-known speakers, including Dr. Chris Kuehl, who will present an economic outlook addressing inflation, labor shortages and global market volatility; Frankie Russo, focusing on leadership in a changing world; Josh Sundquist, discussing resilience and the “One More Thing, One More Time” philosophy; Amanda Gore, exploring ways to bridge communication gaps within teams; Colonel DeDe Halfhill, offering leadership insights from her 25-year U.S. Air Force career; and Carlos Whittaker, who will close with a session on transforming teams through optimism and “human hope.”

“BLC remains the place where our industry’s best leaders connect, challenge ideas and build practical solutions, no matter what’s impacting commercial integration,” said NSCA Executive Director Tom LeBlanc. “This year’s speakers are ready to help integrators shape tomorrow with resilient teams, informed strategies and the confidence to tackle complex challenges.”

Registration for NSCA members is open now at $1,080. Rates will increase to $1,299 on Jan. 1, 2026. Up-and-coming industry leaders who have never attended BLC may apply for the Randy Vaughan Founder’s Award, which covers full registration for selected applicants. Applications are due by Nov. 7, 2025, at www.nsca.org/blc.
