The Best New Product at InfoComm 2025? NanoLumens’ FindARTS, Big Time

AVIXA’s InfoComm show used to be the launchpad for every new ProAV product. For decades, brands would either wait until the early summer show to unveil their newest gear or drop their press releases days before the doors opened.

Somewhere in the last decade, that shifted to ISE — the European counterpart to InfoComm, co-owned by AVIXA and the HomeAV trade association CEDIA. Maybe it was the timing (mid-February), maybe it was a strategic “pre-launch” move — prove the concept at ISE, then roll it out again at InfoComm to grab even more attention.

Well, this year Nanolumens turned back the clock and used InfoComm to debut something we rarely see: its FindARTS art-based display, developed with AUO Display+, featuring a totally matte-finish coating. It doesn’t just reduce glare — it makes a digital image look like an actual painting. No reflections. No visible pixels. No banding. I’m not talking “pretty good for a display.” I’m talking, you’d swear you were looking at a canvas.

At first glance, you might think: “Nice, but so what?” But think about the applications. This is the kind of tech that gets ProAV into places that currently use no displays at all. Case in point: I was recently at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. The AV offering? A translation headset. That’s it. And it wasn’t even up to today’s ProAV standards — when they could be using something like Listen Technologies’ or Williams AV’s new Bluetooth Auracast assistive listening solutions.

Now imagine a product like FindARTS in a museum setting. Curators who’ve been hesitant about “screens” suddenly see something that looks like it belongs next to a Monet or a Rembrandt. They come to InfoComm to see it — and while they’re there, they check out the Listen Tech booth, wander over to Shure, explore immersive displays from Roe and Absen or LEDs /OLEDS/LCDs from companies like Nanolumens and Sony, and maybe even add SpinetiX ARYA-powered signage in the lobby café.

That’s why this seemingly modest but brilliantly executed 32-inch display (also available in 85 inches) walked away with our Best New Product of InfoComm 2025 award.

Watch the video, and then tell me you don’t agree.
