Neptune Outdoor AV Solutions Appoints Naegele, La Porta to Support Growth
Peerless Industries has appointed Earl Naegele and Tom La Porta to key sales leadership roles in support of its Neptune outdoor AV brand, the company announced Tuesday.
Naegele has been named head of custom integration, retail and e-commerce sales, while La Porta will serve as inside sales manager for those same segments. Both will focus on expanding Neptune’s presence in the U.S. and Canada.
The Neptune brand includes weather-resistant TVs and mounting solutions designed for outdoor use. According to the company, the new appointments are intended to help scale e-commerce efforts and improve support for dealers, retailers and residential customers.
“With decades of expertise and knowledge each, Neptune sits in the best position to grow and continue to deliver exceptional outdoor entertainment solutions and a seamless customer experience,” said Nick Belcore, executive vice president at Peerless.
In his new role, Naegele will oversee sales strategy for the custom integration and retail markets, along with e-commerce initiatives and strategic partnerships. Peerless said his experience in systems integration and B2C growth is expected to bolster the Neptune brand’s position in the outdoor AV space.
La Porta will manage inside sales, partner support and account coordination. His background includes business development and customer success roles.
