Midwest Alarm Company, Inc., based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has acquired BCI Integrated Solutions. The name BCI Integrated Solutions will stay in place for Florida’s business sector — the existing alarm, audiovisual, data communications and life safety system integrations will be expanded throughout the southeast.

This move will allow for the growth of Midwest Alarm Company, Inc and BCI Integrated Solutions to offer a more significant offering of products and services. Its service offering will be expanded, which will include its own central monitoring station, alarm, data communications, audiovisual and life safety systems.

CEO Marva McMillen and COO Tyler Blake will be overseeing the operations. BCI will now be a woman-owned business. McMillen serves on several national boards and is well known for her work with hospice centers.
