Listen Hires Stephen Robinson to Handle East Coast Sales
Listen Technologies has named Stephen Robinson as its Eastern regional sales manager. Robinson has worked in AV throughout his career, including roles as a systems design engineer, AV consultant and consultant liaison at Crestron. Before joining Listen Technologies, he was a business development manager at a systems integration firm. He has experience supporting government, education and commercial projects.
“Stephen brings tremendous AV systems design, engineering and sales experience to Listen Technologies. His varied experience across several markets and regions means he understands the important role each channel member plays in meeting customers’ unique AV needs,” said Shaffer. “It’s an exciting time for our company as we continue to drive innovation in assistive listening and audio solutions, and we’re happy to have Stephen with his professional knowledge, record of success and enthusiasm on the Listen Technologies team supporting our sales efforts.”
Robinson will oversee sales of Listen Technologies and Ampetronic products in the Eastern United States. He will lead the regional team selling Listen Technologies’ portfolio, including ListenWIFI, ListenTALK, ListenRF, ListenIR and Auri.
Auri is an assistive listening system based on Auracast broadcast audio. It transmits audio to Auracast-compatible hearing devices and dedicated receivers.
Robinson will also represent Ampetronic and support sales of its hearing loop systems through Listen Technologies’ partnership with the company.
