LG Earns 10th Consecutive MindClick ‘Leader’ Designation for Sustainability
LG Electronics has earned the MindClick Sustainability Assessment Program (MSAP) “Leader” designation for the 10th consecutive year, maintaining its position as the only commercial display company recognized for environmental sustainability in the U.S. hospitality industry.
Announced during Earth Week 2025, the recognition covers LG hotel TVs, digital signage displays and computer monitors, citing their impact on hotel operations, guest health, end-of-use practices and responsible supply chain management.
The MSAP is an annual manufacturer assessment evaluating the sustainability of product lifecycles, validated through MindClick’s audit process. Companies are rated at three levels — Starter, Achiever and Leader — based on metrics such as carbon footprint, use of sustainable materials, recyclability and avoidance of chemicals of concern.
Originally developed for Marriott International suppliers, the program has expanded to include additional brands, ownership groups and purchasing agents, such as Fairmont, Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt and Sonesta.
LG’s continued “Leader” designation highlights its ongoing commitment to sustainable practices in the hospitality sector, the company said.
