Korbyt has integrated NFS Technology’s Rendezvous room-booking solution, now called Korbyt Booking, into its Korbyt Anywhere workplace experience platform. The move follows Korbyt’s acquisition of NFS Technology last year and is aimed at supporting the operations of law firms.

The integrated platform offers the following features:

• Attorneys know which offices are available instantly. Korbyt Booking ensures legal teams have access to the spaces they need.
• Integration with Outlook and Exchange ensures attendee calendars are up to date. Integrating with Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex provides a “One Button to Join” experience for remote users to join without having to enter meeting links.
• Linking room bookings to client matters ensures each meeting is associated with the right case and automatically synced with the firm’s accounting system. This helps support accurate billing and efficient time tracking.
• Integrated visitor management allows firms to pre-register guests, anticipate arrivals and make check-ins easier.
• Customizable digital signage and video walls reinforce branding
• Real-time messaging keeps attorneys and staff informed with case updates, firm-wide announcements and emergency alerts.
