Jabra Launches Room-Scheduling Panel to Expand Its Meeting Space Portfolio

Jabra has expanded its meeting room portfolio with the launch of the Jabra Scheduler, a touch screen room-scheduling panel that shows real-time room availability and allows users to reserve spaces directly at the door or through their digital calendars. The device is designed to reduce booking conflicts and provide a unified experience across Jabra-equipped meeting rooms.
The Scheduler integrates with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, giving employees the option to pre-book a space or reserve it instantly on-site. Once connected, upcoming meetings appear on the interactive display, and LED status indicators show whether a room is free or in use. Jabra said the panel helps reduce interruptions and makes it easier for users to find available spaces quickly.
Although the device complements Jabra’s existing audio and video products, organizations can also deploy it in rooms that do not currently feature Jabra hardware. This allows companies to standardize their scheduling workflows while maintaining flexibility across their meeting room environments.
Jabra said the Scheduler helps users identify the right room for each meeting by providing clear availability details, including how long a space will remain open. By supporting both pre-booking and on-the-spot reservations, the device is intended to reduce wasted time, prevent double bookings and improve overall meeting efficiency.
The panel is built for quick deployment at scale. It connects via a single category cable and includes integrated cable management to simplify installation. Multiple mounting options—wall, angled wall, mullion or glass—are provided in the box to streamline setup. The device can also be centrally managed through Jabra+, allowing IT teams to monitor and update installations across locations. Jabra noted that the Scheduler is made from more than 50 percent recycled materials.
“The Jabra Scheduler marks an important expansion of our video and collaboration portfolio, introducing a new product category that completes our meeting room offering,” said Holger Reisinger, senior vice president of the Enterprise Video Business Unit at Jabra. “With industry-leading video, professional audio and now intuitive room scheduling, Jabra delivers the full meeting experience from one trusted provider, making it simpler for organizations to deploy, manage and collaborate seamlessly across every space.”
The Jabra Scheduler will be available Nov. 17, 2025, at a suggested retail price of $799.
