INFiLED has opened a new Experience Center in Chicago, expanding its U.S. footprint and offering hands-on access to its LED display lineup. The facility joins the company’s existing Los Angeles showroom and serves as both a demo space and technical support hub.

The Chicago Experience Center features INFiLED’s WV, WP and WT series for fixed installations, along with rental and staging solutions powered by Green Hippo. The company’s OrionLED series, an all-in-one corporate display solution, is also on display in dedicated meeting spaces.

Samuel Lee, vice president of operations and branch manager for Chicago, said this is “a major milestone in our commitment to bringing cutting-edge LED display technology and customer support closer to our valued partners.”

The new site also houses a repair service center for diagnostics, parts replacement and full module support. According to the company, this addition will streamline service timelines and help avoid project delays.

INFiLED says the space will also serve as a hub for certified technical training sessions led by in-house engineers. The sessions are designed for system integrators, consultants and technicians to gain hands-on experience with INFiLED products.
