Here’s What LG is Doing at InfoComm 2025

LG Electronics USA is taking a different approach at InfoComm 2025, turning its booth (#4142) into a meeting-focused hub designed to facilitate consultation, collaboration and solution development. Rather than filling the space with product after product, LG’s presence will focus on building relationships and introducing customized technologies through real-world integration examples and partner showcases.

“Our strategy at InfoComm 2025 is to start or strengthen relationships, introduce collaborative ideas and then follow up with deeper consultations,” said David Bacher, head of B2B marketing at LG Electronics USA. “It’s a more comprehensive and focused approach to developing tailored customer solutions.”
“Over the last two years, LG has opened four Business Innovation Centers across the country that draw thousands of visitors every year,” said Bacher. “These centers are proving to be outstanding demonstration, exhibition and training destinations for customers to learn all about the LG solutions that are available for their channel.”

InfoComm attendees can expect to see select highlights from LG’s display portfolio, including the 75-inch CreateBoard, 136-inch MAGNIT AM Micro LED, 105-inch 21:9 Ultra Stretch display, 55-inch Transparent OLED and UH5N Series paired with LG’s gram notebook. Other products on display include LG’s Business Cloud solutions, a 37-inch Ultra Stretch screen and a 27-inch kiosk.

One booth centerpiece is a 30-inch transparent OLED display with a synthetic human interface, developed in collaboration with Invisible Arts. This integration explores how AI-powered virtual agents can act as customer service representatives or digital concierges, combining machine learning with humanlike interaction to improve user experience in commercial environments.

In addition to its booth, LG is partnering with companies across the show floor, each demonstrating integrated solutions that feature LG products. Attendees can participate in a “Partner Pursuit” game by scanning QR codes at LG’s booth or at any partner booth. Points are tracked throughout the show, with prizes awarded daily to top participants.
