Flock Audio Releases PATCH APP DX 1.1.3 Update
Flock Audio released version 1.1.3 of PATCH APP DX, the control software for its lineup of all-analog, digitally controlled patchbays. The latest update introduces four new features: Bypass Processing, Quick A/B, Auto-Save and Auto-Hardware Backup.
PATCH APP DX v1.1.3 is designed to streamline workflow and enhance session recall capabilities. The new Bypass Processing tool allows users to bypass all processing with a single right-click. The Quick A/B feature includes a new icon and drag-and-drop menu for comparing different elements in the signal chain. Users can scroll through options with one click or select from a customizable menu bar.
Auto-Save functionality gives users the ability to define launch preferences, such as starting with a blank grid, recalling previous routings, or auto-saving from the last session. Finally, Auto-Hardware Backup ensures the software automatically stores a backup of the hardware index upon launch, which can be easily accessed or restored when needed.
