Daisy Expands Into Indianapolis With Addition of Digital Home Design

Daisy announced its expansion into the Indianapolis market through a new partnership with Digital Home Design, an established integration firm founded by industry professional Mike Major. The company will now operate under the Daisy brand, extending Daisy’s presence in the Midwest.
“When we first started Daisy, we visited the Indy market because we knew it had incredible potential,” says Hagan Kappler, Daisy co-founder and CEO. “Partnering now with Mike Major, a respected name with deep roots and a strong reputation in the integration community, is a wonderful step forward for our team and for clients in the region.”
Major said the decision to join Daisy aligns with his team’s customer-first approach and focus on service quality. “Joining Daisy gives us access to business resources and operational support that allow us to focus on delivering outstanding results for our clients,” he said.
Through this partnership, the Indianapolis location joins Daisy’s network of franchise owners and partners across the United States. The company’s operating model provides integrators with centralized support resources that include marketing, sales, accounting, recruiting and technology management tools.
Daisy also offers DaisyCare, an ongoing services program designed to provide proactive, subscription-based support for smart home systems. The initiative, currently rolling out nationwide, is available to all franchise partners to help expand recurring service opportunities.
