christie_logoWokingham, UK – (4th September 2013) – Christie® further enhances its value add portfolio with today’s launch of the Christie Virtual Remote projector app, providing an alternative to the standard IR remote control. Designed for the Android operating system, Christie Virtual Remote provides wireless control of all Christie 3-chip DLP® projectors in the popular Christie M Series and Christie J Series projector families.

Christie Virtual Remote is ideal for applications including live events, trade shows, and projection mapping. Users in fixed installation applications such as boardrooms and classrooms, houses of worship, government facilities, and museums will also enjoy the convenience of controlling one or more projectors wirelessly from their Android smartphone or tablet.
