Apogee Electronics announced the appointment of Alex Oana as its new global sales manager. With over 35 years in the audio industry, Apogee says Oana brings diverse experience and expertise to the company. His journey has included roles as an award-winning recording engineer/producer, FOH mixer for Pharrell Williams and N*E*R*D, a salesperson for Vintage King Audio, vice president of Slate, where he spearheaded the creation and development of the Raven and the founder of Audio Test Kitchen — a pioneering web platform offering unbiased comparisons of audio equipment.
