AJA Video Systems debuted the KUMO 6464-12G, a high-capacity 12G-SDI router featuring 64 12G-SDI inputs and 64 12G-SDI outputs for high-bandwidth signal management. Designed for a wide range of broadcast, production, postproduction and ProAV environments, the KUMO 6464-12G delivers scalability, workflow security and increased bandwidth via 12G-SDI.

Housed in a compact 4RU enclosure, the router supports 12G/6G/3G/1.5G-SDI, 270Mb, and DVB-ASI formats. Professionals can easily route and control video with embedded audio via BNC connections, with automatic reclocking of SDI rates. The device supports ganged dual- and quad-port routing, enabling seamless integration for Dual Link, 4K, UltraHD and 8K workflows, and the routing of uncompressed, compressed or RAW 4K signals.
