NetSpeek Announces First Availability of Lena
NetSpeek has announced the first availability of Lena, an AI-powered platform designed to automate and simplify operations across professional audiovisual (Pro AV) and Unified Communications (UC) environments.
Built to address the growing complexity of multi-vendor collaboration ecosystems, Lena—short for Language Enabled Network Administrator—centralizes AV and UC management by using natural-language automation to monitor, troubleshoot, and control devices across global networks.
As a cloud-based SaaS platform, Lena connects a wide range of AV and UC hardware and software from multiple manufacturers. It works in parallel or independently from existing remote monitoring and management tools. The platform’s AI-driven automation can detect, diagnose, and remediate issues in real time without human intervention.
Lena also includes a fleet of specialized agents, each offering domain expertise on specific hardware or service ecosystems to provide deeper contextual insights. The company emphasized that enterprise-grade privacy and security are core features, with all data and AI models kept in-house to maintain compliance and prevent third-party data exposure.
Designed for enterprise IT and AV teams, managed service providers, and workplace technology leaders, Lena enables greater visibility, control, and automation across multi-vendor collaboration infrastructures.
NetSpeek said the platform’s early partner ecosystem will help organizations deploy Lena quickly and safely, supporting the company’s mission to simplify large-scale collaboration management.
