NSCA Names 2025-26 Board of Directors and Education Foundation Leaders

NSCA Education Foundation Board of Directors in 2025: Max Curry, Dawn Cagliano, Frank West
The National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) has announced its 2025-26 board of directors and Education Foundation leadership, with several officers continuing their service and new members stepping into key roles.
Dale Bottcher, chief revenue officer at AVI-SPL, will continue as NSCA president. Christina De Bono, president of ClearTech Media, remains vice president. Shedan Maghzi, strategic advisor at Avidex, stays on as treasurer, while Don Mastro, chief revenue officer at AVI Systems, continues as secretary.
Laurie MacKeigan, president of Backman Vidcom, will serve her third and final year as a board member. She is joined by new director Chris Wasp Jr., CEO of Ronco. One board seat remains open and is expected to be filled at the NSCA Business & Leadership Conference in February 2026.
“Chris has already demonstrated tremendous energy, creativity, and commitment since joining the NSCA Board of Directors,” said Tom LeBlanc, NSCA executive director. “We’re confident that his perspective will strengthen our efforts to support the entire NSCA community.”
The NSCA Education Foundation also announced leadership changes. Lauren Simmen, marketing director at Jabra, will continue as president. Dawna Payne, executive vice president of Texadia Systems, has been named vice president after serving as treasurer. Tim Hennon, CEO of Digital Labor Solutions, assumes the role of treasurer, succeeding Ingolf de Jong, who concluded years of service to both NSCA and the Foundation.
New directors joining the Education Foundation Board are:

- Max Curry, Infinity Sound
- Frank West, QSC
They will serve alongside continuing board members:
- Michael Boettcher, Edge
- Chris Reese, ASW
- Gina Sansivero, AtlasIED
This year also marks the conclusion of Steve Greenblatt’s service to the Foundation.
