Navori Labs has acquired Signagelive, forming what the companies describe as one of the largest independent, channel-only digital signage CMS platform providers by installed base. The combined entity will operate under the name Navori Labs Group.

According to both companies, the merger brings together more than 45 dedicated developers focused on scalable, API-first signage technology, with a platform architecture designed around advanced data integration, AI-powered analytics, and media monetization tools.

The acquisition creates a joint leadership structure that includes former Signagelive executives. Jason Cremins, previously CEO, and Frank Larsen, former chief commercial officer, will join the Navori Labs Group executive team alongside Group CEO Jeffrey Weitzman. Marc Benson, Signagelive’s longtime chief technology officer, will remain in a key technical leadership role.

“We’ve combined deep-rooted expertise, bold vision, and operational excellence into a leadership team that’s truly unmatched in CMS innovation and industry insight,” Weitzman said in a statement.

The company says it will maintain its headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, and now boasts a global footprint with dedicated teams across the United Kingdom, Canada, Denmark, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, France and Australia.

“This combination is a catalyst for transformation. It empowers our employees, energizes our partners, and delivers exponential value to our customers and prospects around the world,” said Cremins.

The transaction, structured with a split signing and closing, comes approximately six months after Navori Labs joined the Maguar Capital portfolio. The group says it intends to continue expanding through organic growth and further M&A activity, particularly in North America and EMEA.
