AI trailblazer Sol Rashidi has been announced as a keynote speaker for Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026, where she will challenge attendees to look beyond the hype of artificial intelligence. Rashidi, recognized as the world’s first Chief AI Officer, will take the stage at 1 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2026, in Barcelona. Her keynote aligns with ISE’s 2026 theme, “Push Beyond,” which encourages the AV industry to explore new opportunities and redefine innovation.

Rashidi’s session, “The AI Reality Check: What It Takes to Scale and the Future of Leadership,” will offer a grounded look at AI’s real-world challenges and opportunities. She plans to explore how executives can distinguish between hype and reality, build strong AI governance, and integrate cybersecurity into business growth. Drawing on her experience leading AI and data initiatives at Sony Music, Merck, and Estée Lauder and her tenure at Amazon, Rashidi will share strategies to evaluate AI initiatives while protecting data and workforce integrity.

As a seasoned executive with four C-suite roles across Fortune 500 companies, Rashidi has built a reputation for bridging innovation and leadership. She holds 10 patents and authored the best-seller “Your AI Survival Guide,” named one of the “Top 50 AI Books.” Her work on IBM’s Watson and development of the “Human Amplification Index”™, a metric for measuring AI-driven ROI, reflect her dedication to practical, scalable AI integration.
