Barco has expanded its long-standing partnerships with Sennheiser, Logitech and Huddly to support the development of certified room system bundles built around the ClickShare Hub, the company’s first room system device introduced in June 2025. The effort advances Barco’s strategy to bring the ClickShare experience to every type of meeting room and extend its reach beyond wireless Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solutions.

The ClickShare Hub is built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), providing a foundation for future certification and enabling Barco to broaden its portfolio into room systems. The company said the expanded partnerships reflect a coordinated approach to delivering integrated meeting room solutions that combine high-quality audio, video and wireless collaboration.

Sennheiser contributes its audio expertise with video bars that incorporate Dante connectivity for simplified installation and flexible audio distribution. Logitech adds its portfolio of meeting room peripherals known for ease of deployment and scalability. Huddly offers AI-driven audio-video solutions that support multi-camera expansion and can scale from small spaces to larger rooms.
