AVPros has rebranded as Tecnetics, marking a shift from a regional AV integrator to a national technology partner offering broader services across low-voltage infrastructure, physical security and managed IT field support. The new identity is intended to better represent the company’s expanded capabilities and its focus on delivering measurable outcomes across enterprise technology systems.

The company is led by co-founders Ciaran Hamilton and Giovanni Agramonte, whose combined experience spans AV, IT and large-scale system integration. Hamilton brings a consultative approach centered on engineering, strategy and organizational alignment. Agramonte adds experience in system design, implementation and operations management, guiding projects from planning through post-deployment support.

“Tecnetics isn’t just a new name; it’s a new promise,” said Hamilton, CEO. “Our clients asked us to take greater ownership across interconnected systems — from AV and network design to security and support — and this rebrand is our commitment to doing exactly that.”

The Tecnetics name reflects the company’s emphasis on technical precision, connected systems and integrated delivery. The rebrand also underscores the company’s commitment to serving as a single point of accountability across multiple technology disciplines. As customer programs have grown, Tecnetics has adopted standardized playbooks, governance frameworks and performance metrics intended to streamline delivery and reduce handoffs.

Tecnetics supports multisite enterprises, healthcare facilities, higher education, public-sector organizations and large venues. The company also provides white-label integration services for resellers and manufacturers. Its work spans AV-over-IP systems, digital signage, structured cabling, enterprise security solutions and managed support services. All projects follow the company’s “Plan → Build → Run” framework, which is designed to improve consistency and predictability across deployments.

While the brand identity has changed, Tecnetics said customers will continue working with the same teams and processes, with additional resources supporting the transition. “Hybrid work, digital transformation and evolving security requirements have blurred traditional boundaries between AV, IT and physical infrastructure,” said Agramonte, COO. “Tecnetics bridges those worlds—so that technology simply works, securely and seamlessly.”
