BenQ has launched the W4100i 4K HDR projector in the U.S., rounding out its home cinema projector lineup alongside the W2720i and W5800. The W4100i is available for preorder beginning July 14, 2025, with a retail price of $2,999.

The new model is designed for medium-sized rooms, projecting screens up to 120 inches without requiring a dedicated theater build. BenQ said the W2720i is suited for smaller spaces, while the W5800 targets large dedicated theaters.

The W4100i delivers true 4K UHD resolution, HDR performance and BenQ’s CinematicColor technology, covering 100% of Rec. 709 and DCI-P3 color gamuts. It supports Filmmaker Mode, native 24p playback, AI Cinema Mode for enhanced streaming content, and HDR-Pro tone mapping for HDR10+, HDR10, HLG and 3D formats. The projector offers a contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1 and brightness rated at 2,050 lumens (D65).

To support existing customers, BenQ announced a limited-time loyalty program. From July 14 through Aug. 31, customers in the U.S. who previously purchased eligible BenQ models can submit receipts for a 10% discount on the W4100i. The coupon is valid through Sept. 30, 2025.

The projectors are available at BenQ.com,  Amazon and more. They retail $2,999.
