Shade Innovations Introduces 1000-Watt PoE Switch for AV and Smart Building Applications
Shade Innovations has released a 1,000-watt Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch designed for smart buildings, AV automation platforms, surveillance systems and large-scale commercial installations.
Unlike most PoE switches that rely on external power supplies, the new model includes an onboard power system engineered to run cool and silent. The design supports PoE-connected motorized shades and other devices, integrating with automation platforms such as Crestron, Control4 and Savant.
According to the company, the switch is intended to provide centralized IP-based control, automation and remote access while maintaining high power output for large-scale deployments.
