BoxCast has introduced RemoteMix, a cloud-based platform that allows users to mix audio from supported consoles anywhere with an internet connection.

The company says RemoteMix is the first service to provide full control of compatible mixing consoles through a secure, browser-based interface, eliminating the need for an on-site engineer.

Users can adjust channels, mixes and buses remotely, with changes reflected in real time on the console’s motorized faders, mutes and other controls. The tool can be used for applications including worship services, live music, sports broadcasts, conferences and home studio productions.

RemoteMix is compatible with consoles from Allen & Heath, Behringer, Mackie, Midas, PreSonus, Soundcraft and Yamaha.
