Kramer US Strengthens Integrator and Overall Sales Support Team with Four Key Moves

Kramer Electronics is pleased to announce the addition of three key members to our sales department, as well as a new product manager.  To best serve our dealer/integrator channel and to drive new sales opportunities into the channel, we’ve called upon some of our top internal employees to take on new and important roles.

Robb O’Brien joined Kramer US as part of the recent acquisition of iRule, the developers of Kramer Control.  Robb excelled during his short time as a member of the inside sales support team, and has been promoted to the position of Regional Sales Manager for the southeast region. Robb’s primary focus will be to provide account management to Kramer channel partners in the southeast, while driving end user customer engagement for Kramer solutions to increase business for Kramer’s integrators/dealers in the southeast region.

Zach Bright has been with Kramer US for 9 years, most recently in the role of Business Development Manager for Kramer Installer Solutions.  Eager to take on a new challenge, Zach has been promoted to the position of Regional Sales Manager for the northeast region.  In this important new role, Zach will be responsible for all sales development as well as sales management of Kramer’s channel partners in the northeast region.  Together, Robb and Zach will now manage the entire east coast for Kramer US.

Brian Morris, who has been with Kramer US since 2008, is taking on a new role as Product Manager for Kramer Control, our exciting new user-friendly, enterprise−class, cloud−based control and data management solution. Brian will be working closely with the sales team and channel partners to identify projects and drive sales opportunities. He will also be focusing heavily on advanced level training, as well as gathering valuable market feedback for the Research and Development team; ensuring the product is performing to its full potential and constantly evolving to meet the needs of the market.

Rebecca Uplinger, who joined the Kramer US team 5 years ago, has transitioned from her role as Customer Service Representative to the new and exciting role of Business Development Associate. Her primary responsibilities include qualifying and nurturing leads to ensure that they translate into sales for our channel partners, as well as conducting valuable outbound sales and marketing efforts.

Tom McCarthy, Sr. VP of Sales, stated “We are excited for all four of these positive changes. I absolutely feel it is a step in the right direction for the Kramer US sales efforts. These four individuals are extremely passionate, talented and eager to succeed!”
