Snap One introduced the innovative Episode WAKE Amp, an in-wall amplifier that connects to Bluetooth audio devices and voice assistants to deliver a music solution for new or existing multiroom or single-room audio systems.

Episode’s WAKE Amp connects to speakers already set up throughout the property. Featuring Bluetooth connectivity with a 100-foot range, WAKE Amp is a small, Alexa-optimized in-wall amplifier with three hard buttons for direct control of music. It delivers up to 25 watts of power to four speakers at 4 ohms and has an LED meter below the buttons to show volume level. The WAKE Amp can be powered by existing speaker wire home runs with a power supply that attaches at the existing amplifier location.

Episode has also designed a WAKE mobile app for iOS and Android devices. It offers a series of controls, including volume, LED brightness, the ability to set the hard buttons to control either volume or playback, add high-pass filters, adjust bass and treble tone and apply a name to the room for identification in the app. Users can also add new Bluetooth devices with a single button press on the wall keypad.
