Nureva Just Challenged the UCC Market to Do Better: New HDX Series Is an Aesthetically Perfect Pro-Audio Solution for UCC

THIS IS A PROMOTED POST

Nureva took to the InfoComm 2025 show floor to preview its brand-new HDX Series—a tightly integrated, AI-driven audio solution designed for both meeting rooms and classrooms, even the big ones. This isn’t just a microphone array. It’s an all-in-one system, but it’s also a family of products that work together — thanks to the HDX Hub, which uses Nureva’s patented Microphone Mist technology and AI to deliver a complete, flexible solution for all your in-room audio and remote conferencing needs.

We’re talking higher ed classrooms, corporate training rooms, flex spaces and large meeting rooms — up to 60′ x 40′ (18.3 x 12.2 m).

The HDX Series includes the Hub, which handles all the audio processing and powers the entire system. You can connect up to four additional wireless sources (in addition to the mics built into the HDX Bars), and it all runs on Ethernet. The Bars themselves house a two-way speaker system and two-dimensional mic arrays — in each one. And get this: the HDX system actually figures out where everything is in a room and auto-configures itself. Seriously.

And for the big spaces? There are Pods — extra 2D mic arrays you can place anywhere to boost mic pickup across the room.

I took a deep dive into the HDX Series at InfoComm last week, and you can watch the full walkthrough here:

The HDX Series ships in early 2026 — and let me just say: well done, Nureva. Kudos to the designers and engineers — this is a gorgeous system.

At their booth, Nureva also demo’ed their cloud-based Nureva Console for device management and monitoring. All of their products work with Console, including the HDX Series. Console lets users and integrators install updates, check room status, set up camera switching, view analytics, and more — all remotely, through a secure cloud platform.

Now, if you’ve followed Nureva over the years, you already know they made their name back in 2016 with the HDL Series — their mic bar with a speaker built in. Most of the classrooms at the University of North Carolina, where I teach, have either the HDL300 or the newer HDL310 installed. They let students join via Zoom and hear lectures clearly — no one misses a beat. And yes, they also use Microphone Mist and the Nureva Console.

You can configure and manage them from a PC, Mac, or even your phone with the Nureva App.

Here’s the newest HDL product, the HDL 310 Series, and this is also a video we shot of it at InfoComm 2025 last week:

And, finally, the Nureva App:

So, back to the HDX Series. Why is it such a big deal? Because it levels Nureva up. This system lets them compete directly in the high-end, all-in-one category — while still doing what they do best. It delivers better audio, smarter mic pickup, supports program audio, voice lift and amplification, and yeah — you can even connect a subwoofer to the HDX Hub if you want to take it to the next level.

This is going to be an award-winning product. Period.
