Hunter Douglas Allows Dealer Access to Mobile Selling App, The Link

Hunter Douglas announced that dealers now have access to its comprehensive mobile selling app, The Link, for iPad. Hunger Douglas says The Link is designed to support dealers in taking on the automated shading category from consultation to installation; it’s a resource for The Custom Integrator Program. The Custom Integrator Program was launched in 2019 and provides dealers with training and access to the full Hunter Douglas product line, sample books and presentation tools.

The iPad mobile selling app helps dealers discuss options with their clients, select shade and fabric style, generate quotes and track sales. The Price Explorer tool provides comparisons of different options for the same window and a bevy of supporting collateral, including videos and brochures, to demonstrate various shade styles.

The Link also allows dealers to import window dimensions from DISTO laser measuring tools into the app. Dealers can generate and review quotes with their customers, email a copy and get customer sign-off directly in the app. The reporting capabilities of The Link enable business owners to gain insight into sales and business growth.
