Dirac Live Active Room Treatment Now Available on Denon and Marantz AVRs

High Denon AVR A10H In Situ Black 002

Dirac has announced that its Dirac Live Active Room Treatment (ART) solution is now available on a range of Denon and Marantz AV receivers.

All Denon and Marantz models currently supporting Dirac Live Room Correction and Dirac Live Bass Control will also support Dirac Live ART, which extends system optimization with advanced low-frequency spatial correction.

In North America, compatible Denon models include the AVR-A1H, AVR-A10H, AVR-X6800H, AVR-X4800H and AVR-X3800H. In Europe and APAC, these are sold as the AVC-A1H, AVC-A10H, AVC-X6800H, AVC-X4800H and AVC-X3800H. Supported Marantz models include the AV10, AV20, CINEMA 30, CINEMA 40 and CINEMA 50.

Dirac Live ART builds on Dirac Live Room Correction and Dirac Live Bass Control, adding the ability for all speakers in a system to work together to manage bass resonances in the critical 20–150 Hz range. The software reduces reverberation, delivering smoother and more consistent bass performance across multiple listening positions.

Powered by Dirac’s patented MIMO technology, ART reduces the need for physical acoustic treatments by actively aligning phase and controlling the sound field in real time.

Users can upgrade their Denon and Marantz devices with Dirac Live ART for $299, by purchasing a license here for Marantz and here for Denon. Dirac Live ART comes as an add-on to the existing Dirac Live portfolio and can be purchased as a stand-alone license or in combination with Dirac Live Room Correction and Bass Control.
