Datapath has introduced the VSN V3-5, a five-slot addition to its VSN line of video wall controllers. The new unit is designed for compact, high-performance video wall installations and complements the existing 11-slot VSN V3 model.
The VSN V3-5 is built for control rooms and other environments requiring continuous operation. It includes hot-swappable fans, an updated chassis for improved cooling, and the same reliability testing applied to the rest of the VSN line. It is available starting May 2025 and will be shown publicly for the first time at InfoComm 2025 in Orlando.
The company said the VSN V3-5 is intended as a replacement for the VSN400N and offers a more cost-effective option for users who do not need the full capacity of the larger VSN V3.
“Our range of VSN video wall controllers are used and trusted to power multi-content video walls across the globe,” said Mark Slinger, vice president of product management at Datapath. “The introduction of the VSN V3-5 allows our customers to further specify Datapath hardware and software that is perfectly fitted to their requirements.”
The VSN V3-5 joins other recent additions to Datapath’s controller lineup, including the VSNMicro 600, which features an updated motherboard and processor for small to mid-sized installations, and the VSNMini 300, designed as a personal video wall controller or workstation for mid-sized, multi-source projects.
Datapath will exhibit the VSN V3-5 at booth 1411 at InfoComm 2025, held June 11–13 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
