Hybrid E4 Experience Features Combination of In-Person and Virtual Content; E4 Experience Boston Rescheduled for 2022

Philadelphia, PA — September 1, 2021 — Always evolving to stay ahead of the needs of its partner community and challenges pertaining to the ongoing pandemic, Almo Professional A/V, the Pro A/V industry’s most dynamic distributor, has announced the first Hybrid E4 Experience is scheduled to take place in Dallas on Nov. 30, 2021. E4 Dallas will mark the first time that Almo combines the regional, in-person educational and product showcase format of an E4 Experience with its virtual E4 Evolution (E4v) in a single event.
At the same time, based on feedback from a variety of participants, E4 Experience Boston, originally scheduled for Oct. 7, 2021, is now rescheduled to Oct. 20, 2022.

“One thing we’ve learned throughout the course of this pandemic is that we’ve got to be ready to maneuver plans quickly to adapt to changing local, regional and national requirements,” explained Melody Craigmyle, vice president of marketing and communications for Almo Corporation. “We were the first distributor to introduce the E4 traveling educational and networking event, the first to offer a live, virtual version of E4 and now, we are continuing to lead the charge by combining our two Commercial Integrator BEST winning E4 formats into a single hybrid E4 Experience.” Craigmyle continued, “The bottom line is that there will be something for everyone at E4 Dallas, whether our partners are in-person and able to attend live or across the nation and able to join virtually — the E4 Experience will go on.”

Craigmyle added, “Local requirements vary based on region and after careful consideration and in-depth discussions with our E4 exhibitors and educators, combined with consultation from our event venue team, we determined it would be best to reschedule E4 Boston for 2022. Many factors were considered before making the final decision and while we looked forward to spending time with our partners in the Eastern region, we hope to see many of them at InfoComm in October.”

More details about the first hybrid E4 Experience in Dallas will be available soon.
