Zynchro System is integrating Sony’s AITRIOS technology suite into its digital signage solutions. The company aims to deliver a data-driven digital signage service that automatically responds to audience analytics.

According to Zynchro, the integration will allow its customers to access key audience metrics such as audience attributes, gaze measurement, screen proximity, and the number of people in a given area over time. These reports and analytics will empower retailers with first-party shopper data to make informed decisions about stocking products, refreshing end-caps, and promoting brands.

First-party shopper data is defined as information a retailer collects directly and in real time from customers through in-store interactions. Importantly, this data is based on engagement, location, and gaze detection—not facial recognition. Zynchro’s solution uses this real-time data to trigger digital signage content and inform management decisions essential for retail success.
