Yamaha Unified Communications Partners With Promethean Interactive Displays and DisplayNote for New Collaboration Tool
Yamaha Unified Communications is partnering with Promethean Interactive Displays and DisplayNote to outfit conference rooms with a three-for-one enterprise-grade plug-and-play collaboration tool.
Exclusively available from Promethean, the display system is designed to simplify meetings. It provides conference and collaboration spaces with professional audio, video and meeting room software; it features Yamaha’s CS-700 video sound bar, Promethean’s ActivPanel Titanium Pro and the DisplayNote Launcher application.
The CS-700 Video Sound Bar integrates an adaptive beamforming microphone array for captured conversation, four Yamaha speaker elements to provide audio intelligibility and a wide-angle HD camera that captures the room.
The collaboration solution is available with a 65+-inch, 75-inch or 85-inch Promethean ActivPanel Titanium Pro 4K interactive display. The display includes touch screen collaboration and uses Vellum Writing Technology. The included DisplayNote Launcher software allows meeting participants to launch meetings using popular videoconferencing platforms — including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Google Meet — with one touch or using the Launcher mobile app from their mobile device. Users can sign in using their iOS or Android device to access Office 365 calendars and OneDrive files the display. The one-touch three-in-one tool also integrates with any existing IT stack for secure remote management.
