WiiM and Origin Acoustics Partner and Release MOD S Streamer and MOD A80 Amplifier
WiiM and Origin Acoustics co-introduce the MOD S streamer and MOD A80 amplifier for residential and commercial custom installations. The WiiM MOD S is a dedicated streamer featuring an AKM AK4493SEQ DAC, Hi-res Audio support up to 24bit/192kHz and versatile connectivity for various installations. Also, debuting is the WiiM MOD A80, which combines an ESS 9018K2M DAC with a TI TPA3255 Class-D amplifier, delivering 60W per channel at 8 ohms, and supporting the latest Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 technologies. The inaugural batch of these products is scheduled to ship by October 2024.
