WiCT and CEDIA Executive Coaching Event Nov 2023

Women in Consumer Technology (WiCT) and CEDIA are set to host an event—New Year, New You! The Power of Executive Coaching–on November 16 at CEDIA’s Indianapolis-area headquarters.

The event will begin with a keynote by Becky Magnotta, founder of Homestead Coaching, where she will share her journey and how she uses her strengths, values, and her saboteurs to help plan her path for the next year and beyond.

Watch the video below to learn more about the event from Magnotta.

The keynote will be followed by three breakout sessions:

  • Coaching 101 – What, Why, and How Led by Stephanie Brown, this session will review why professionals need coaching and how it will help them. It will also cover how to find the right coach and how to convince your company to pay for it.
  • Wheel of Life – What it means and how to use it?  This session will take time to review attendees’ lives, where they have been, and what lessons they’ve learned along the way. With that insight, attendees will then be able to decide where to focus their energy and create a plan of steps they can take to make 2024 exceptional.
  • Your Leadership and Coaching  Operating under the assumption that everyone is a leader—whether they are leading themselves, others, or an organization—this session will review self-awareness and how to lead through a progressive journey.

“As the year comes to a close, it’s time to invest in you—consider how you want to close out 2023 and build an amazing new year with a new you,” said Carol Campbell, found of WiCT. “You won’t want to miss this full day of exploring what coaching is and how a professional coach can take your career and life to a new level. I’m looking forward to this empowering event and can’t wait to see you in November.”
