Wharfedale Pro Details ISE Plans

Wharfedale Pro will return to ISE 2024 with a list of product launches and updates. Sharing a booth with Spanish distributor, Kinson, Wharfedale Pro says it will be focusing on solutions for both live and installation audio and celebrating the launch of two new product ranges: the WLA-210XP Line Array System and T-Sub active subwoofers.
The company says the centerpiece of the Wharfedale Pro booth will be the WLA-210XP Line Array System, which will be flown on the stand. This dual 10” passive array features the Wharfedale Pro EVO-Fold waveguide and custom phase plugs to deliver a consistent off-axis frequency response. Combined, Wharfedale Pro says these features lead to a huge reduction in the usual phase issues suffered by traditional two-way line arrays caused by the physical distance between drive units.
Wharfedale Pro will also be launching its new 18” T-SUB-AX18B, the latest addition to its T-SUB family of active subwoofers.
“The T-SUB-AX18B has been designed to work perfectly with active tops such as our Tourus, Titan and Typhon series,” Alex Lane, applications and solutions manager at Wharfedale Pro said. “It delivers 900 W continuous and is finished in our new polyurea Tough-Tone paint.”
Wharfedale Pro says its key focus across the past 12 months has been its new DP amplifier series. At ISE, the team will be highlighting the recently updated DP-F, DP-N and DP-4035i multi-channel amplifiers at their dedicated on-booth Amplifier Zone, alongside the new SC-26X Versadrive Loudspeaker Management System.
Off booth, live demos of Wharfedale Pro’s WLA-1 Hybrid Curvature Array System will be taking place in the dedicated outdoor demonstration areas OSC3 and OSC4. Here, visitors can experience the power of the system’s specially engineered Beyma drivers.
“The full-range WLA-112 and WLA-115 elements use a coaxial design in combination with the exclusive EVO-Fold high-frequency waveguide,” Lane said. “This provides consistent dispersion coverage on both the horizontal and vertical planes with the sound radiating from one, singular and coherent, source. We’re excited for ISE visitors to enjoy some fresh air and listen to the performance of our WLA-1 system in a real-world environment!”
Wharfedale Pro International team will be at booth B100 in Hall 7 from Jan. 31 to Feb. 2, 2024. A dedicated press event will be taking place at the booth on Wednesday, Jan. 31 at 1:30 p.m.
